Client work
Grosvenor Britain and Ireland: Grosvenor Square
Grosvenor Square, one of London’s most historic public spaces, is set to be transformed into a world-class green destination with exceptional environmental credentials. The redevelopment has followed over five years of consultation and planning, with a strong focus on community engagement and sustainability.

Approach
We were commissioned to design and develop a website to support the project through its planning and engagement phases. The platform played a vital role in communicating the vision for the square, encouraging public input, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout this complex, multi-year process.
Beginning with a holding page, we created a flexible, content-managed website that could evolve alongside the project. We led the design and development process—from interactive wireframes to a fully responsive, accessible website—ensuring a clear user experience and consistent messaging at every stage.
The site was structured to support public consultation and transparency, offering updates on the planning process, sharing project principles, and providing a space for community feedback. As the initiative progressed, we continued to work closely with the client team to adapt and extend the platform, delivering new functionality and content updates in response to shifting needs.

Key Features
- Responsive design across multiple breakpoints for seamless access on all devices
- Flexible, modular templates enabling the team to communicate effectively at each stage
- Integrated news and events feed to keep the public informed
- Tools for consultation and engagement, including feedback forms and updates on planning milestones
- Optimised performance, accessibility, and maintainability to serve a broad audience over time
The website has become the digital centrepiece of the Grosvenor Square redevelopment project. It has helped to foster transparency, invite public participation, and build trust with stakeholders during the extensive planning and consultation process. As the project now moves towards its delivery phase, the platform remains a critical channel for keeping the public engaged and informed about what’s to come.
